Jeff is an innovator and undeniable hospitality leader, with extensive management experience in various facets of the industry including bars, clubs, lounges, pool operations, and restaurants. A unique and illustrious career spanning 30 years, Jeff began his ascent at the helm of Midnight Oil Company as Director of Operations, defining and creating what would be the nation's first generation of boutique hotel lounges and bars. In addition, Isaacson developed the industry's first, "National Prestige Account" liquor program.
Isaacson was most recently Vice president of Bar Operations, overseeing more than 45 million dollars in revenue at over 15 different restaurant concepts throughout the U.S. for Ark Restaurants.
Prior to Ark Jeff was Managing Partner for the world-renowned Gerber Group, where he oversaw day to day operations for the company's numerous venues across the globe. Jeff personally directed the successful expansion and openings of over 25 properties for Gerber Group during his tenure. Prior to his experience with Gerber Group, Jeff was an industry leader as Director of Operations for The Whiskey at The Paramount Hotel, New York, The Sunset Marquis, Los Angeles and The Carlyle Hotel, South Beach, where he was a pioneer in the renaissance of South Beach as a nightlife destination. Other standout experience includes: Director of Operations at M80/Match in South Hampton, partner in Bar None South Beach and partner Big Sur New York, General Manager with the originator of upscale sports bars, The Sporting Club New York, and Food Service Director of Bergdorf Goodman and Goldman Sachs New York, serving over 2000 meals daily.
